The goal of Jo Anne’s 4-part “Love Yourself” workshop series is to become more confident from a place of inner strength, inner peace, acceptance, love, to no longer feel fear and to overcome thought-patterns of self-judgement.

~ABOUT THE WORKSHOP ~
“Body, Mind & Emotions” 
is a practical movement and theory-based workshop that brings awareness to your consciousness of how you truly think and feel about yourself.
 

This workshop is complete on its own OR can enhance the work done in the Self-Confidence Workshop run by Jo Anne. Here, we look into your posture and your pain learning to unravel the meaning of your injuries, muscle pain, sickness and intolerances, toward a new understanding and enhanced awareness of yourself.

 

~ WHAT WE WILL COVER? ~
In this workshop we will:
– examine ourselves and how our thoughts change our body and our posture
– begin to develop an understand of our bodies own language and learn to understand its signals
– learn techniques through movement to change how we feel
– learn practical tools to begin listening to the body’s language.
 
~ WHO THE WORKSHOP IS FOR ~
This workshop is suitable for women of all ages

~ WHAT TO WEAR / BRING ~
Comfortable clothes to move freely
Bare feet, Water, Yoga Mat / Towel, Notebook + Pen

By changing how you hold yourself, you can transform how you see you and how the world sees you.

“Stepping into Self-Confidence” is a practical workshop that brings awareness to your consciousness of how you truly think and feel about yourself.
The goal is to become more confident from a place of inner peace, acceptance, love, to no longer feel fear and to overcome thought-patterns of self-judgement.

 

~ WHAT WE WILL COVER? ~
In this workshop we will:
– examine ourselves how we think, feel and see ourselves
– develop an understanding of ways to let go of self-limiting beliefs and thought patters
– learn techniques to move thought self-limiting thought patterns
– learn practical tools to begin changing how we think
– learn about self-love and self-acceptance

This workshop is suitable for women of all ages

STRETCH, BREATHE + MEDITATE

Unwind your body, release the tension and learn how to centre your mind, body and emotions.

~ABOUT THE WORKSHOP ~
“Stretch, Breathe & Meditate” is a practical movement and meditation workshop that brings awareness to the body to understand the importance of breathe in the release of tension. Learn how certain movements and stretches play an important role in understanding your bodyies tension, and learn strategies to help enter a place of calm, a sense of peace and stillness in the mind, body and heart.

~ WHAT WE WILL COVER? ~~ WHAT WE WILL COVER? ~
In this workshop we will:
– examine how we are breathing and the importance of breathe in balancing the body, mind and emotions.
– begin to develop an understand of our bodies own language and learn to understand its signals
– learn stretches and their purpose to release tension in the body
– learn techniques to calm the mind, improve mental focus and enter meditation
– learn practical tools to begin changing how we approach life, our body and our emotions

This workshop is suitable for men and women

Jo Anne draws from body-mind therapy, movement/dance, healing, remedial therapy and coaching to teach individuals the tools to create space for healing, wellness and better health.
